Touch Manual

Can someone point me to the Operating Manual for the touch? I've checked in the New Download Center, Operating Manuals, Miscellaneous and its empty.

Thanks Gunther. Is it possible to sync up the older Download and New Forum Download section as this is where the main website Download section redirects to.
