How to use optical sensors for high/low level?

I have two optical sensors that I bought to use for ato and awc.....I want to use them for high/low levels in my sump and maybe to shut off return pump as well..... Where do I start? Which one of these do I select?

ATO with 2 sensors listed in the drop down box you have in your screen shot.

When I said high/low levels in my sump, I meant high/low alarm levels....is there a a way I can use these as high and low alarm sensors in sump?
