I calibrated the conduct. probe with GHL 50ms, after I calibrated, I place the probe back in the calibration solution it read 52.2 ms. I leave the calibration solution in the aquarium for few days so temp shouldn't be a problem.

How do I calibrate the temp probe ? I believe my temp is off by 1 C degreed higher.

Have you calibrated the conductivity probe exactly as described in the manual?

In ProfiLuxControl in the temperature menu you will find a button "Adjust temperature", here you can make a setting
that the displayed value will be equal to your reference thermometer.
There is also the button "Calibrate temperature". This is normally not necessary because temperature was already calibrated in factory.

Thanks Carolin for the quick response.
I think I found my problem, I drop the black plastic protective cover for the tip of the probe. I will try calibrate it again later.

I just switch from Apex to Profilux. Profilux definitely better than my Apex.

And on that note, what exactly is that black plastic tip on the redox probe?
I have read 50/50 on keeping it on or removing it.

The black plastic cover for the conductivity probe not the redox probe. I accidental drop it, I wouldn't think it make a different, but it did. I just recalibrated and it work great and double check it with my Milwaukee sea water digital refractometer is exactly the same reading.

Sorry I meant salinity not redox.
Thanks but I am still trying to get the "official" answer from GHL.
