I think im getting alerts strangely. There is a 3 at the end of the txt message but there is no way to tell what the alarm is. When i get home it says level and looks like the ATO has stopped.

That means that your level sensor 3 is triggered/active

That means that your level sensor 3 is triggered/active

But I have no level sensor 3, and its deactivated in the software...

This has been a problem for over a year and still not fixed.
When you get a text it does not tell you what is alarmed, it is a real problem as you don't know if it is a urgent problem or not.

Agree 100% but we are at the mercy of GHL.
On mine it means that level number x is active.
Hopefully we will get an answer from SOMEONE soon

Hi

is there still a question open?

That means that your level sensor 3 is triggered/active was the correct answer

and since a non-connected sensor appears for ProfiLux like a sensor which has contact (this is intended, as security feature, see manual) the display of "3" is correct.

But why is it not showing the state of sensor 1 and 2 which are actually connected?

I used to get messages like this, but I don't anymore. It can't be a character issue as I have less characters now than I did when the attached image was taken...

we had to change the way how we display the sensor states because with the new firmware we can have up to 16 sensors -> not possible to show them all in the old manner

a present digit means sensor active, no digit means not active (I think I also explained this in the newest manual)

Thank you very much Mathias.

But I got the message because of a level alarm on sensor 1 or 2 because 3 is not enabled, shouldn't the SMS tell me what sensor was tripped like previous messages??

the message sents you the current state - this is like before

Being able to chose what will be show on the message, will solve all that or a simple option that when an alarm is on SMS will be send of the alarm only: (e. g. Alarm temp 3)
