Profilux Eheim Controller Firmware update

Hi,

I apologize for my ignorance but I do not understand how to update firmware Eheim Controller.
The documentation (in download section) is little confused for me.

Currently :

Profilux P3 <-- rs 232 --> Profilux-port of the Profilux Eheim Controller
PC View <-- rs 232 --> PC View-port of the Profilux Eheim Controller

What is the correct wiring (step by step) and cables to flash the Profilux Eheim Controller ?

What is the correct wiring (step by step) and cables to flash the Profilux Eheim Controller ?

In general the wiring is clear described [for me]


1. Remove all cable connections to the EHEIM-Controller.
2. Connect the EHEIM-Controller directly to a COM (RS232)-port of your PC.
...
THEN connect the connection cable from ProfiLux to the remaining D-Sub interface at the EHEIM-Controller! It is important that you plug in the cable from ProfiLux quickly to avoid a jump start by the update.

Or in your scheme

PC-RS232 -----> Eheim-Conroller <-----Profilux

has to be connected after start of the flasher in less than 2 seconds! Some kind of klick´nplug ....

Remark: Any other RS232 device like the SMS module or ProfiLux View II has to be removed for update.
