pump for ptc? best flow rate?

I am thinking either eheim 1248 or 1250....

1248 is about 160 gallons hour the 1250 is around 300 gallons hour...

what is the better flow rate for the ptc to get maximum efficiency ? or does it not matter?

both too much flow - you must operate them in a bypass

keep the maximum allowed pressure in mind

ill go down 1 more size...this looks like perfect to the manual specs...
