You can adjust which sensors shall be displayed, this will be shown then on any external display.
So, no, you can't have the different displays show different things.

I see your posting all over the place. Just because Profilux can do it, doesn't mean you should.

You need to break up your project, aleast in 4 groups.

4 Profilux 3ex.
4 Touch Screens.

Its a very bad design not to have any redundancy in a system as big as yours.
