HI,

i posted the question below in another thread but figured i would put a separate thread on this...

When i use the setting ATO and water change for sensor 1......

what sensor condition triggers the ATO? Is it only the single high sensor or does it require both sensors to show low? I think my preference is the single sensor and a time delay...so that when the water change triggers the level is always at the high sensor level....

see my comment from another thread below..

if my 2 sensors are 1 inch apart in my sump which translates to .5 gallons for the water change.... they are set to ato and awc

when ato is in effect it waits for both senors to sense low correct?

how do we know that the water level in the sump is at the high point prior to the awc going into effect?

if it is lower due to evaporation but not low enough to the low sensor it would equal a lower volume water change???

any way to overcome this??

the AWC starts, it doesn't matter if the Max-sensor is active or not

but where is the problem and what would you do with this information?
no water change at all?

this behaviour can't be changed but it was never a problem in the past

maybe you can program something special with the programmable logic
