network no excess from outside

Hi

some how my profilux cant be excessed from outside my network anymore.
Is still sents mails and i can excess is with the usual programs.


all seem to be setup correct,

i do have a new router , but i cant see the device in the network ( but it realy is )

So the settings of your router are not correct. Check it, especially the port forwarding

I know, i do know my part of the it stuff.
The thing is the profilux is not in the device list

When i wat to forward to the profi ip, it tell me that it no a valid ip. But it realy is in the network

So I suggest you have set a fix IP for the Profilux and there is a collision with the destined ranges of the new router.

Example: Your router has the range from x.x.x.20-200 forseen for dynamic dynamic addresses.
If the PL has x.x.x.30, you are in the range of dynamic IPs with a fixed one. Some routers do not like that.

I think, there is no way to come around reading the manual for your router .... even if it´s unsportsmanlike

It should be straight forward.
It does have fixed ip already within the routers range.

My provider had a laugh

they changed my IP.. thats why i couldn't access from outside
