Profiulx or Probes problem?

Good day all,

I am having endless issues with my PH and conductivity probe. I have had the Profilux vendor test the Profilux, replace the back board and when I put the probes back in it was reading the correct values for around four days.

Since then there is just an Alarm for both probes on the system, I have done the following:

1. Checked the connections (removed and added back to the Profilux)
2. Cleaned the probes
3. Turned off the profilux for 20 mins and turned it back on.


My Temp probe is working and spot on with the temp.

The last thing is I am going to take the probes back to the profilux vendor and ask them to test them.

I was wondering if there is any other info or suggestions from the forum?

Thank you, I am getting values of 1 for PH 23ms for Salinity all manual tests (done three different for both PH and Conductivity) say PH 8.2 and Conductivity 1.025 (Salinity). The probes have been calibrated Four times, the first two I would get VERY LOW values i.e PH1 and 23MS and then the second (of the four) calibration I would get HIGH value - PH 17 and 92MS.

Does that describe the issue.

you did the calibration process correctly?

the plugs of the probes were in the correct ports?

if both yes then only the conclusion that the probes or the ProfiLux are defective

both we can't answer from here, we have to test this
