Hi Mathias,

I have 4 tunze streamers conected on a pIII< i dont know the anwser on your question but I do know sins i programmed the ptc the pumps i cant control anymore (i think they run on full speed) but the plc says that the waves are still working but it doens't. I set everything back to default settings and set back the back-up with no result!

show us a screenshot of the 1-10V-settings

2349

you mean this?

this is a very tiny screen shot, hard to read anything

if I am not wrong the interfaces have these assignments:
l1 = current 1
l2 = current 2
l5 = current 3
l6 = current 4

is this right, is that what you wanted?
then at least these settings are correct
-> if so then then check the current pump settings

what pumps are connected there? and how? how do you want to achieve the feed paus shut down?

please give us more detailled information, we can't help otherwise

Hello,

Before i programmed the ptc fan (l13/14) there was no problem, I have tunze streamers (6105) who worked fine.
if you need more information please let me know I can also call you no problem! e.brouwers@chello.nl 2350

Hint: If you use <ALT>+<PRINT> instead of <PRINT> you will get a screenshot from the window on top only

enable "pump completely off during feed pause"

Hi I did enable it but it stays the same i will not go off or go from 50 to 75 % like i programmed it! it just goes on full speed on all pomps!!

Matthias,

Do you know what to do now?

thx

Matthias

so when you enable feed pause this happens:

1.) ProfiLuxControl shows 0% flow for the pump in question
2.) the 1-10V interface shows 0V
3.) but the pumps do not react at all

is this correct?

scrub29
26.03.2012, 17:26
Yes that's correct

Matthias

do the pumps react at all to the wave patterns?

scrub29
27.03.2012, 08:20
No just run on full speed

scrub29
27.03.2012, 08:44
When I shut down the profilux the pumps still run on full speed

Matthias

I think there is a problem with the hardware, with the cables or with the pumps, it doesn't look like a settings problem

final test:

set the function of the L-ports where these pumps are connected to illumination 1 ... 4, each L-port to another illumination channel
save this
then go to light scenarious and change the brightness manually

this brightness change affects the L-ports: can you control the pump speed in this way?
