In the screenshots I can see that you have already enabled the activity of the
respective probes. Have you saved these settings? After that, the alarm has to disappear (normally...).

Please be aware that the calibration for probes is only possible in the menu at the ProfiLux device itself.

Only if you have a ProfiLux Plus II ex, you can`t use measurement cards in Slot 0.

So , I am not able to resolve the problem, what is your address where I can get the device to you to see what happens with my GHLprofilux plus 2?

Before sending anything in, please check again the following:

-is the activity enabled for all probes?
-are all probes connected properly (please check the plugs)
-are all probes new/ok?

The calibration is not available if the activity is not enabled, the probes are not connected
or if the probes are old and don't work sufficiently anymore. An option can also be that there is
a break of the cable, then the probe is not recognized either.

Best post some NEW screenshots of your probes ( will all data ) no parts of screens.
