Modify web interface

It is possible to modify the web interface? As i'm a web developer by trade. Would be keen to implement a proper mobile version of the site so can use it from my iPhone without any issues.

Thanks! Is it possible to enable/disable things?

Or enable/disable things through the url bar? ie "http://profiluxurl/profilux_lite.html?s1=true" would turn on S1 and "http://profiluxurl/profilux_lite.html?s1=false"
