Will the doser work inside a beer cooler/fridge?

I'm contemplating operating a doser from inside a a small fridge or beer cooler in order to administer liquid foods not frozen! say in range 1C -4C

my question is:

will this have an adverse effect on the doser?
run more slowly?
invalidate warranty (I wont let it freeze!) ?
any other problems with idea in principle?

As for the warranty...Michael answered the question on RC. Stated it would void the warranty if doser was used in the refrigerator and purposely put in a humid environment.
