I've connected L1 to an analog ballast which receive 220v and 1-10v the right pair is connected and I can dim and control the led bar - how ever when dim to 0% I still get a 1.2v between the + and - … any idea pleas

That´s not an issue of the Profilux, 1-10V ballasts normally do not switch off completely - you have tu use an additional switched socket or a control board like the EVG-AP-1F

Regardless of that it´s possible to change the output voltage for 0% - easiest is to use PLC and set it as neded in System->1-10V output

Thanks Wirus,

What is the "EVG-AP-1F" and I didn't quite catch the other option but if you say it's in the plc I'll look into it

The EVG-AP is a control board to which you can connect ballasts (and then this board is connected to a 1-10V-interface at the Profilux). It includes an internal shut-off.
PLC is our PC-software ProfiLux Control.

So I went to the plc, system, 1-10v changed the minimum from 1 to 0.
When manually tern off to light unit it now is off how ever when dimmed by program it stay lit in about 2% it showing that it receive 0 but it isn't flicker any more?
