Thunderstorm without illumination involved

Dears,
I would like to use the Thunderstorm mode only to boost the pumps as i don't have dimmable lamps or leds.
The goal is only to run the pumps at 100% for few minutes.
I have configured the thunderstorm via PLC software, i try the Manual storm but i cannot see that the pumps are going to 100% in the pumps configuration window.
I just see that the pumps follow the wave as usual.

Questions:
- Do you confirm the thunderstorm can be used without illumination ?
- How to confirm a storm happened ? It could be fine to have a kind of log with events ...

yes you can , the light is seperate from the pump action. (look in a illunination option and you will see a tick for moon and thunderstorm)

there is no log of that kind.
