How to connect to the powerbar?

How in the world do you connect the powerbar? the power light is blinking but the com light is off. under socket function I checked the box marked "digital powerbar connected on s1-s4" but nothing is happening.

There's no communication between ProfiLux and Digital Powerbar. Check de control cable

this is very streight-forward:
- enable digital powerbar connected on S1-S4 (confirm by clicking "Save")
- connect S1-S4 with shipped cable to powerbar
