Some SMS issues?

First there is quit a dillay when sending - is it the cellular net or parameters?
When alarm is on and a new one is happening it won't send…
And last, I counted characters and it's alott but I don't need hulf of them and I'm missing alot that I do can that be changed?

Especially the alarm trouble me… assuming one alarm is on let's say optic level do to salt spray, I was notified and ignored, when a second alarm comes up this one for real some thing like flot level I won't be notified couse the first alarm is still on!?

Yes...., this looks indeed a bit like the (possible)email problem that I thought to have found.
Perhaps the two problems are related.
