ATO causing alarm

I have a float sensor which is used to Auto top off,

when the water drops a pump turns on fine for 10 seconds. then the sensor returns to an "off" state, all correct

BUT, for some reason the Profilux then alarms, and then future top ups dont run,

any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

It seems that the max. on-time of the corrsponding socket has been exceeded while refilling. Please check what is set here as max. time, probably you'll have to increase it.

Ah. maybe.

The socket is turned on for 10 seconds, and the max on time is 15 seconds.

maybe my understanding is incorrect. What should i increase this too?

The max. on-time can be set up to 8 h, so I would increase this time from 15 seconds to some minutes for example, just to be sure.
