hello,

i put in the extend card in my profilux 3 and conect the ghl conductance dontrole sensor, i installed the card and everything is working except the conductivity, its not vissable for me, not on the profilux not on the software.

what can i do!

are we talking about an expansion card (PLM-XXX) or about the eX-Upgrade Kit?

did you perform the update with ProfiLuxControl as mentioned in the manual?

is your ProfiLux recognized as ProfiLux eX when connecting with PLC?

Hi Mathias,

yes I did, I don't know if it recognized the module but the lightning that I connected is working. The module came out my old profilux 2. Manfred Zajac (zajac duisburg) told my switching the kit is no problem. on the profilux 2 it did work!

The only idea we have is to do a firmware update and to get back to the factory settings. Don't reload stored settings. This could help.

Hi Carolin I did do an update when I bought it last week I installed the eX kit and did an update.
Where can I complain? in the shop where I bougt the Profilux 3?
Please help me out!

Hi carolin,
i did the upgrade again with no possitieve results , I also still have the problem of the dcf that was working on my profilux 2 and isn't working on p3. the seller garantied me that the eX kit and dcf module and my both PLM-2L4S cards would work on the p3 but until now only the two PLM-2L4S
cards are working propperly.

Yes, then the best would be to contact your retailer regarding the ProfiLux 3.
