Please help. Problem with PAB powerbars

Hello,

I tried to add a 3rd PAB powerbar to my system (P3ex + expansion box) and the system handled it as the 1st powerbar. Whatever assignment I was doing for powerbar no3 automatically happened for powerbar no1 and vice versa. I checked the addresses at the SYSTEM menu and they were different (19 and 20 I think). I tried several Pab resets, power on/offs etc...

P3ex firmware version 505f
powerbars version 1.02

I then tried to update the powerbars, one at a time, using the special rs232 cable on the profilux. No hope...the update could not be performed, "error transmitting firmware was diplayed".

Can someone from the GHL team please help?

Hello,

the best would be to do a firmware update for the powerbars, as you have already tried.
Have you always had only one powerbar connected while the update?
Are you sure you have chosen the right firmware for Powerbar-PAB 1.04?

during the update connect only the PAB-device you want to update
