Hi

I just got my ATI powermodule 4x80w dimmable, and the LBF-AP device.
But I have a few questions on where to plug in the wires, and what wires to cut?

Im not sure if this is the wire I need to cut? I need the wire from the 'jack' stick to the end, and then cut it right before the big plug thingie with the voltage on it. I guess its for dimming? If you want to do it manualy

The wires you have to connect are inside the black box of the picture nº 2. The power adaptor you have in your hand it's only for controlling the voltage of the fans from the lamp.
When you open the black box probably you'll see some kind of instructions inside.

I guess that the wires there has to go into the L1/L3 the other two wires in L2/L4 ?

Seems preatty simple though, if thats the only thing. Theres numbers on the wires so I know which is + and -
Am I right ?

Yes, you're right. You can see the numbers printed in the top black cover.

Remember you will need something else to complete shutoff your lamp

Do you mean the ATI Powermodule? Then yes, you can plug it into the Powerbar to achieve a complete shut-off.
