can I program PLC-ADIN contact as alarm?

can I program PLC-ADIN contact as alarm?
I plan to connect ADIN contact to sensor - and if sensor give signal (would close contacts) Profilux send me email?!

This is already possible - but without generating an alarm.

You are able to send email on condition = "digital input #"
