programmable logic question - Alkalisation (dosing dependant on PH)

I searched, and i read the manual. I appologize that I am not a bit more savy. Could you please give me dummy instructions?

I have the Virtual PH probe set to a nominal value of 8.3
Dosing pump 1 and 2 each at 2 dosings per day of 5 ml....
I would like to the stop both dosing pump 1 and 2 if the PH reaches 8.3.

Please help ;)

Virtual PH probe - 2 set to a nominal value of 8.3

Dosing pump 1&2 each dose 2ml five times a day.

Programmable Logic 1
Input 1 = Dosing pump 1
Input 2 = pH-value 2 Decrease
Function AND

Programmable Logic 2
Input 1 = Dosing pump 2
Input 2 = pH-value 2 Decrease
Function AND

Now from here do i have to put that Programmable logic 1 and Programmable logic 2 Somewhere?

and now assign function "logic 1" (or 2) to the socket in question
