SIMU Spot - No lightning anymore

Hi,

I don't get lightning/flashes in thunderstorms anymore. I don't know since when. How can I check if this is a Profilux 3 problem, or a defective spot? (Moon and Sun works ok).

Configuration:
PL 3 firmware 5.02h.
DALI - Illuminiation channel 1 - 4. 4x T5 49 Watt
Simu Spot L1, L2 - Illuminination channel 5-6.
S1-S4: 4 Socket Powerbar
S5-S8: 4 Dosing pumps

have you already tested the Simu at another L-port?
have you tried to start the flash manually?

Hi,

I have tested it at L1/L2 and at L3/L4. Same result: no flashes.
How can I flash manually, I only know the option to start a thunderstorm manually, but no result only the T5 lights will dim no lightning occurs.

Yes, I meant to start the thunderstorm manually. It seems that the Simu is defective. Please contact your retailer.
