can someone explain these sensors and what you can do with them?

What exactly do you mean?
As the names say, with the sensors you can measure the values of redox, oxygen and conductivity.

yesss i know that a redox sensor measures redox. but what is redox? how clean or dirty my water is?
and condutivity? what are good values?

but what is redox?
Do you really think, the support forum of an aquaristic measurement device supplier is a good starting point to get the basics for that stuff?
I suggest to ask Wikipedia first. Then, if yo have a very basic understanding, a Google search will give you links to some forums with discussions about the values and it´s meaning

what are good values?

Even if you would told us all about your tank, that question is not easy to answer. Due you had told us nothing, it´s impossible to give any answer

yes, i do really think a support forum is a good starting point. ghl sells those probes and i gues it's a good thing to ask questions about these probes. basic or advanced.

thank you for youre contribution.

Sure you can ask us (nearly) everything - but Wikipedia is in this case not the worst startingpoint:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redox

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conductivity_(electrolytic)

If you have further questions, we will help you for sure.... :)
