Need help setting up 2 Tnze 6205's

I just picked up 2 6205's for my 5 foot peninsula tank that I am going to mount on either side of my overflow at the back end of the tank.. What I would like to try and accomplish is to bring pump 1 from minimum flow to maximum flow and back to minimum flow over about 1-1.5 minutes and then have pump 2 start the same cycle while pump 1 rests and waits for pump 2 to finish its cycle and so on until I stop them for the night.

I have no idea where to even start with the programming, so any help would be very much appreciated :-)

Ok so maybe I was confusing in my wording, or nobody is working at GHL this summer that feels like helping!!!!!! I want to speed pump 1 from 0%-100%-0%, and then speed pump 2 from 0%-100%-0% opposite of each other.. If there is anyone out there that could post screen shots and help with this setup it would be much appreciated..
