can you please post pictures for following cards PLM-2L4S and PLM-4l because i do not know if there is enough space for installing all my cards in profilux II ext since that I already have lan card and kombi redox - ph card.

There is enough space to install additionally a PLM-2L4S or PLM-4L card. But keep in mind that the Redox-pH-card won't work in slot 0. So install one of the other cards there.
