For some reason i can only run two option "permanent" and "perm opposite".
All other options will stop them.. any clue?

if you choose "sequence" or "random" then the pumps are activated in turn with a certain pattern, not all are at the same time on, please read the manual regarding the several modes
in your settings this state changes every 30 minutes
-> it is normal and correct that a pump is off
if you want all pumps permanently on you must use mode "permanent" or "permanent opposite"
they are explained in the manual, too
are the 1-10V-interfaces adjusted correctly? screenshots?
Is it normal that one of the pumps have 0 % state? And why then they both "dead". How can i set up that they wouldnt go to 0% state? Both pumps set to 3-8 v.

if you don't want that pumps are temporarily off then you have to use the mode "permanent" or "permanent opposite", I don't know what else I could add now
hm.. so, there is no way to set it that pumps will not go completely to a 0 state on seq-1 mode? my point is when one pump goes to 0 state for some reason they both "dead". i understand if one working and one off, but why they both off?

and what are the 1-10V-settings?
are the Tunzes connected over a ProfiLux-Tunze cable to the ProfiLux? If yes - which ones exactly? How and where?
please give us all needed information now in one step, this would make our work much easier
Here is the settings

One pump connected with T1 and other with T2 going to One splitter and from Spliter to Profilux.

and this splitter is connected to L5L6 ?
if all settings are correct then we must consider that there may be a problem with the splitter - if you connect only 1 Tunze cable directly to L5L6, does the pump work as it should (please test this with both cables/pumps)?
yes, its connected to L54L6
I will teast thsi option tonight and let you know.. maybe you right about the spliter..Did you ever had any problems with GHL spliters?
ok, here what i found
when connected direct they work fine. soon as i use splitter and one pump in state 0 ,both pump are "dead".Only one channel in splitter work( right side) .When i plug it in by one they work fine soon as i plug two pumps they stop working if one got state 0.
If i use "perm opposite" mode they both pumps work fine..
Your thoughts?

then the splitter is defective - this could happen for example through a splash of saltwater or mechanical damage
-> replace the splitter
defective?..well, no water around and no damage was done.. but, how come "erm and perm opposite" m odes are working fine and others are dont?
matthias,
i just switch splitters and use one i have for my LEd sticks and i am getting the same problem:(
matthias,
Anything else besides splitter i should check?

the only thing you can do ist to obtain a new set of splitter and Tunze-Cable 1 and Cable 2
then replace averything
after this you should make sure verything is working correctly
if OK now then replace one part after the other until the problems occur again
this is the only way I can think of
I gues i will wait till Michael comes back from vication:)
