Networking Two Controllers

Hi

Can anybody explain if one conects 2 controllers via RS485 expansion cards can inputs on one controller be able to control an ouput socket on the second controller and vice versa.Thanks in advance.

No, this is not possible (if you mean e.g. the temp probe of the first ProfiLux measures temperature and the heating at a powerbar connected to the second ProfiLux shall react).
