is there anyway i can get Proflux controller to read mag and calcium reading?

No - sorry, the ProfiLux doesn't provide such functions

The reason why GHL does not have these functions is purely due to the probes not being available for continual useage.

There are calcium probes but these are for spot use only and require calibrating between uses.

Until probe manufacturers design such probes, sadly no controller will have these functions
