I just got my Profilux +2 and was setting it up. I began the pH probe calibration and ran into a problem. As we know the probe is to be calibrated using the supplied 7 and 9 pH buffer fluid. All was going well until I hit the enter key after setting the 9 pH second calibration point. I got this message:"Calib.Val.Diffe Too Small". I presume this translates into: Calibration Value Difference Too Small. I was then returned to the basic display.

How do I fix this? Why won't it do this calibration? It will accept a 10 pH as a second point but not a 9. I tried changing the calibration tolerance and the same problem. I tried shutting off the sensor and resetting the hour meter to zero...no difference.

What do I do?

I have sent a video clip of what I am doing. I don't think I'm setting both to the same.

Client moving decimal point.

i.e instead of scrolling from 10.00 down they were scrolling down using the .00

This will be an eliminated option in the next software.
