proview not showing data

connected my proviewer to my controll unit it lit up but not displaying any data at all anybody got any ideas :confused:

Ok, this is a ProfiLux ViewII.

On which controller did you connect it (ProfiLuxII / ProfiLux3)?

The background light of the ProfiLux ViewII works but nothing appear on the display of the ProfiLux View II - not even a error Message, is this right?
