JGross support case moved flash error

after I download the link and click the flash.exe i get an error saying "REGIST FAILED" and it will not open the program???

I've never seen such a error message. Perhaps a problem with restricted user rights? Or corrupted download?

He posted on reefcentral that he was back up and running. I never did hear what the problem was.
