Wake up socket on thunderstorm

Any clue on how to wake up a socket on a thunderstorm event using progammable logic?

I want to wake up a timer set socket that a tunze turbelle is on from 7pm to 12am. but only wake it up in event of thunderstorm.

I use it in a pair in group 1 but on different socket.

assigned socket to Program. Logic 1 and
progr. logic 1 : function OR
INPUT 1 THUNDERSTORM
INPUT 2 - TIMER 1
