First things to check:

Com port number repoted by windows device manager matching to the settings of PLC (ProfiLuxControl)?

ProfiLux device addess (ProfiLux: System->Communication->COM? - SERIAL->Device address) matching to PLC Device address?

Hint:
COM? should be COM2, if no other communication card exept PLM-USB is in the ProfiLux installed.

Baudrate set to 9600 in PLC?

I've checked the com port of windows device manager and the PLC (ProfiLuxControl)
they both is com2
and the ProfiLux device addess is matching to PLC Device address
and in the Profilux it is in com2 and the the Baudrate was set to 9600 already

and I had restore to factory setting already but it still cannot connect to PC

You must use matching firmware to software if using version 5.xx firmware then update the software.

but I can't update the firmware to 5.x and I use the software in 4.0 - 4.8

use the flash tool to update the firmware it is the most reliable method right now, then once loaded ou can delete all old version of profilux control and install version 5.012 software

I was able to successfully download firmware "p" using usb to usb by disconnecting the powerbar. I wish I could say that this was my idea but it was not. Mathias suggested that I try it and it worked. So I suggest that you unplug the powerbar before upgrading the firmware.
