Hi all,

I'm taking ownership of a Profilux PLus II later this evening:D

I have a quick question with regards to dimming and running of LEDs. I have 2 sets of LEDs arriving soon and wanted to know if these will be able to be dimmed/run through my GHL - would love to run a lunar cycle with them. The LEDs in question are these from from IceCapInc: http://icecapinc.com/01/accessories.htm (IceCap LED Flat Moonlight)

Any advice, suggestions would be great.

As for controlling the main MH (AquaMedic OceanLight 150w), I can just set this up on the plugbar and set it to a schedule right? I have no desire to be dimming the metal halide.

(please note, I haven't read the manual or anything yet - just installed the software on my iMac at home via Parallels).

Thanks again.

if the LEDs have an 1-10V interface for the control signal -> yes

Thanks for the reply Mathias. I highly doubt these LEDs have 1-10V interface.

Is it possible to use them but run them through something such as LF-ABOX?

Thanks.

you can use them as non dimmable lamps (just on/off) with our powerbar

the LF-ABOX only switches the mains supply but will not turn a non dimmable lamp to a dimmable one
