After updating the firmware, the profilux asks me for a PIN

Hello, I have updated my profilux 4 from version 7.24 to version 7.33. all right. I leave the profilux in factory settings. I have put the backups of previously recorded data and everything is ok. but when I restart the profilux it asks me for a pin. I never entered a pin and I am not able to enter. how can I solve that? it is very urgent
