GHL Control Center 1.1.4.1 - Pump group problem

Hi !

I have update my Profilux 3.1 T to 1.1.4.1 .

Go to Extras / pump groups . I see the programs have new interface , here i hit the edit button , and the program its exited ..no error message, just closed .

Hi,

Unfortunately this problem was not detected during our internal tests.
It could be related to your specific settings.
Could you post an uncut screenshot?
Otherwise, it would probably be better to open a support ticket to which you can attach the backup of your settings to help identify the problem.

Sure, here its the picture.
Exits both in groups 1 and 2 . and also from empty groups 3-8.

Thank, but I can't reproduce the problem from the screenshots settings.
No problem with other pump groups?
In this case I advise you to use them and leave aside the problematic groups while waiting for the resolution of the problem.

I have probelm with all 8 group . it exits at each one .

Ok, thank.

According your settings, this problem is caused by using special characters as pump program template name.

Will be fixed for next GCC. We're sorry for this.
