Conductivity tolerance issue?

For some reason I cant set tolerance to 1; I can set it to 2,3,4 or 5. What are the tolerances mean by the way?

With the recent update and changes made for calibration via app, the NEW calibration tolerances are 2...5.

In this case the smallest tolerance is 2.
