Profilux 4 firmware 7.31

Hello folks

after updating, my p4 resets the password to default after power cycle
Anyone else having this problem ?

Hello,

You need to backup your settings and sensors data before update.
Some update do a factory reset, it's normal.

I did, and I always do but as I wrote, the P4 resets after power cycle, which is not normal

Ok sorry.
Maybe reset memory can fix the issue:
Update P4 with file Profilux4_ResetMemory.mhx
Then do a emergency update: https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/knowledge-base/how-to-do-a-profilux-4-4e-emergency-update/

Else I advice you to open a support ticket on GHL website.

Just a thought, maybe the internal battery is drained, that would explain the symptoms.
