Do the crash reports get used when they are sent? I have sent a few and never received a response or acknowledgement.

Hi,

the crash reports are sighted, but cannot be examined in detail without a subject.
So, please create a support ticket giving more details and refer to a sent crash report.
With this information we are capable to help efficiently.
