Kh director reference solution issues

Hello, I am currently testing with your 7.5 reference reagent, I have got 6.2 6.2 6.3 and 6.2

I am right in thinking the process of the khd is. Flush the measurement cell then perform a test

Also I am getting 4-5 bubbles from my sample line filter when it is filling up, I think is is when the khd is priming/flushing the measuring cell.

No bubbles when the khd is filling back up to do the test

Is this okay?

Since the KHD results are consistent, you have two options:

Use the adjustment tool (+19%) to compensate for discrepancies in pump calibration
Find the discrepancies in the pump head calibration or water sample volume, run a few more tests with the 7.5dkH solution and use the adjustment tool if needed
