Hello, there is a problem in my sign in for a ticket. I have a brand new ion director. I'm using it for 10 days. Every 2-3 measure it gives bad sensor performance fault. I empy cells reprepare cell and after two hours it measures with %87 sensor performance. Other day it measures %100 sensor performance and 1-2 days later bad sensor fault repeats.
I submerged referance fluids but it gets some thin air inline in a few days. I calibrated pumps and measured water sample line volume with scale. My pump connections are ok.
I'm also using profilux and Kh director without any problems.
Hi,
Since you already have an open ticket, troubleshooting should continue there. You can use the "guest" login to access your ticket.
I hv similar issue, can share some solutions here please ?
Anyone getting a response to tickets? I've not heard anything for a week and have a ion director doing nothing now from a new probe that's failed?

I test it once a week. Before the test, soak the sensor in RO water for about 40 minutes, and then test it. However, this method lasted for 1 month. Now this method is not acceptable. Prompt for sensor failure. Is there a good way? Can you solve this problem completely?
