Iond & SA Doser serial number mismatch

Has anyone else experienced this ? My SA Doser is bagged and tagged a totally different serial number to that which has show up electronically,
Will I have warranty issues?

Please open a support ticket so we can help you with that. Provide a photo of the serial number on the device itself and screenshot of what SN is displayed.
