ION director using wrong dosing pump?

Hello!

I am very exited to get my ION director up and running. The problem is when I push "prepare measuring cell" the 4th dosing pump connected to my KH director starts running. This caused some issues since this is used for dosing alk.

How can I get the ION director to use the right dosing pump?

I have disconnected the KH director, then noting happens until pump 2 and 3 connected to the IOND starts.

Hi Kenneth,

First check to see that you are using the latest firmware version for your master device. The SA Doser is currently on 1.40 and P4 is on 7.28.

Once confirmed, you can check you pump head assignment to see that your IOND pump heads are assigned in the PAB system as 5-8 (assuming your first pump managing the KHD is already set to 1-4).
