Profilux Touch firmware update

hi all,
whilst updating the firmware on my touch screen, the power was cut. Now the unit will not load past the intial start up screen. It is not reconsied by the profilux anylonger. Can anyone please advise how I might rectify this problem?
I have lodged a help desk ticket and followed it up without any response.
Any advice would be appreciated. regards nick.

Since this Touch device is a PAB-device, you would follow the emergency update steps specifically for PAB-devices. You will find instructions for that in the respective Knowledge Base article:
