Help me to connect to Profilux 4. Profilux Hotspot does not appears

Hi

I am trying to set up the connection to Profilux 4 using GHL connect app. When activating access point (powering of/on) the WIFI signal generated by the Profilux does not appears. In last days sometimes it was showing as Profilux Hotspot_"number" and in one occasion as it should, in the format GHLDEV
