Profilux 3.1 don’t connect to gcc

Hey
I have 2 computers 4 and 3.1
I’ve got a new laptop and i cant connect the 3.1 to it
The 4 is okay
I’ve tried to turn off the firewall but it still doesn’t work...
Its windows 10 v20H2

Hello,

how do you try to connect to your ProfiLux 3? Via USB or RS232 interface?
Open the Windows device manager and look for an unknown device after connecting the P3 to your PC. If you've found one, update the appropriate driver following the Windows assistant.
