Mitras LX7 - Flashing logo

Just purchased the Mitras LX7 and when starting the device the only thing that happens is a flashing logo on the device.
is there a way to reset this error?

nice to reply that quickly, but how long does it take the support to reply to a ticket ?
I have opened a ticket 3 days ago without any reply up until now....
